The position As a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining DCS Sattline System across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg & Gentofte.
With your expertise in system management, you will ensure production’s license to operate and deliver on LCM & improvement projects.
You will bridge the Compliance, IT & OT activities with the quality mindset required when working with GMP systems.
Your responsibilities will include: Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems Running small projects to ensure that our DCS Sattline system meets production and external requirements Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements Establishing best practices and driving standardization across area Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, other relevant field, or demonstrated experience in the field as an IT professional 4+ years of relevant experience in IT system management similar role Show curiosity in risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation Familiarity with healthcare regulatory guidelines and standards like e.g FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP Previous experience with Sattline system is considered an advantage Experience with one or more of the following is considered an advantage: Service Now, ITIL, GMP, GAMP Proficient in both written and spoken English As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges.

You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
About the Department You will be joining a newly establish & growing Co E team with 5 colleagues, which is a part of DDIT IT API Production Systems, mainly located in Kalundborg.
API IT is responsible for driving IT/OT security, compliance and production IT.
