As our new Student Assistant for Zoho CRM you will be supporting and improving our CRM globally, from our Copenhagen HQ.

  Responsibilities Supporting and training our sales team members on how to effectively utilize Zoho CRM and follow the correct process You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as perform routine system maintenance tasks Helping with improvements of existing processes and setting up relevant automations Assisting in setting up new business processes in Zoho And other things you are good at!   Qualifications Tech savvy! We imagine that you are potentially studying at ITU, Kea or something similar Final year Bachelor student or first year Master student Love to learn new things and you are a fast learner Great communication skills Experience with any automations (flows)   The Team The team is based in our HQ on Amager, right next to ITU.

We currently have one person improving and developing Zoho CRM for Lenus every day, Daniel Lykke, that you will be working close with.
