The position As our new Senior LEAN Specialist, you will be part of our newly established Integrated Quality Leadership team.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead pilot projects within the different Workstreams in Integrated Quality Leadership to facilitate the transformation of our Quality Management to support the Novo Nordisk scaling ambition. Five Workstreams have been established to drive this transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture and IQ Data & Technology.
The nature of the projects or tracks you will lead depends on the specific Workstream you are involved in.
But all will involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the realization of benefits for the projects in cooperation with the business.
Your role will also involve the following: Utilizing your LEAN competencies and positive attitude to co-create value adding solutions with Lo B and lead the pilot project team to the advantage of the business.
Contribute to the continuous development of our Lean systems and process excellence.
Collaborating with stakeholders from around the globe, working primarily from Bagsværd, Denmark, or from one of our hubs in Clayton or Tianjin with occasional travel activities.
Qualifications Leading pilot projects within Integrated Quality Leadership, requires a person with strong applied LEAN experience, strong leadership & change management skills.
We are seeking a person who is known for creating sustainable improvements solutions at shopfloor and known for motivating high performing teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience applying LEAN solutions at shopfloor and/or at system level.
Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully driving cross-functional projects from early ideas to realized benefits.
Establish effective structures and processes within the project to ensure clarity by applying the appropriate amount of planning and organizing.
Possess extensive experience in stakeholder management and positive collaboration with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across large organizations.
Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
We expect that you have in-depth knowledge and experience in applying project management tools/project execution methodologies.
Experience with Agile project execution (e.g.
SAFe/Scrum/Half Double etc.).
Competencies within our quality management processes will be an advantage.
As a person, you are robust, structured, a self-starter, with a strong ability to collaborate.
You maintain a holistic and diplomatic mindset, always approaching tasks with a positive attitude.
Additionally, you possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
About the department As Senior LEAN specialist in Integrated Quality Leadership, you will be part of a Matrix organization referring to the IQL Director.
The department is newly established and in the near future, it will consist of other LEAN specialists driving pilots, process experts, senior project managers, and other roles - all with the responsibility to drive project activities within the workstreams in Integrated Quality Leadership.
