We are an international team of skilled and driven colleagues, each focusing on a specific area that will support our ambitious Fashion FWD strategy.
You will work closely across the sustainability management team and be a key player in BESTSELLER’s reporting and communication within and across sustainability.
The sustainability and communication functions collaborate closely on our ongoing efforts and stakeholder engagement.
You will also work closely with colleagues from relevant internal functions to ensure our initiatives are effectively and transparently communicated. THE POSITION As a Sustainability Reporting & Communication Specialist you will take part in preparing and copywriting parts of the annual report, ensuring transparency, compliance and maintaining precise sustainability terminology.
A responsibility in this role is to stay updated on best practices and development within sustainability, while also integrating new requirements and evolving industry standards.
You will oversee external reports, ensuring that we deliver professional and well-written reports.
Working closely with both our Sustainability Reporting Manager and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Responsibility for copywriting of BESTSELLER’s sustainability reporting including the annual report, Modern Slavery statement and other country specific reporting ensuring alignment with international reporting frameworks and regulations Supporting our external sustainability transparency and stakeholder engagement strategies in close collaboration with external stakeholders Interviewing and engaging with key colleagues involved in our sustainability efforts to develop and update the content in our reports Coordination and development of BESTSELLER’s internal communication on sustainability, supporting the communication plan for Fashion FWD strategy YOUR BENEFITS Personal and professional development in a global company, with a broad range of interactions, acting as a key link between departments, countries, and teams A workplace driven by trust, fostering a positive and inspiring work environment Engaging in a professional, personal and fun team YOUR PROFILE You bring expertise, professionalism and passion for sustainability, along with experience working with various sustainability reporting frameworks.

Your clear, professional communication will help position BESTSELLER as a transparent and open company. Moreover, we hope you bring: You may have a relevant degree from a business school or a background in social sciences, compliance, law, journalism, or communication.
However, proven experience in a similar role is most important A solid experience working professionally with sustainability reporting, transparency and sustainability communication – ideally with experience from a B2 C company or with a physical product, giving you a strong understanding of the various stages within the value chain You know your audience, can adjust the message accordingly and have experience with communication to various stakeholders Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!
