The position As a Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be to: Drive the initial budget target setting for our clinical trial budgets globally. Support our development projects with a special focus on trial budgets and resource management to ensure that we meet our targets. Support management by creating transparency and analysis for informed decision-making. Turn complex data into clear conclusions and easy-to-understand communication slides. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a master’s degree in business, science, or any other relevant field. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in big-data analysis, business analysis or business controlling. Having experience building clinical trial budgets from a CRO or pharma company will be a great advantage but not a prerequisite. Be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Be proficient with IT-tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). As a person, you are self-driven, analytical, a good communicator, and function well in a dynamic global environment. The above skills are of major importance as you have to establish a strong collaboration with the project organisation based on mutual trust and be considered a value-adding business partner. You have strong business acumen and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds. About the department Clinical Drug Development is the Novo Nordisk area responsible for the global clinical research and project management of our products in development. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis of global trial performance, capacity, and cost management is critical to us. You will be part of a Business Analysis function, a global department of dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organisation.
