Read more and apply today for a life-changing career!   The position As a Sales and Operations Execution Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:   Proactively identify and mitigate key supply risks across your platform in close collaboration with Markets, Central S& OE managers, and Production Planners.

Establish the impact of the detected risks, provide scenario planning and tradeoffs to enable decision making and prioritization from our Commercial partners.

Ensure a balanced demand/supply 6-months outlook aligned to market allocations  Provide clear and factual communication to relevant stakeholders about platform performance to target and any deviation.

Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of the S& OE process.

Provide Supply Chain support on dedicated projects.

  Qualifications We realize that few people are experts at everything.

But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, you may be the ideal candidate we are seeking.

  Need to have: A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or other related logistics fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience within a Supply Chain department/Planning Department.

Strong system knowledge (SAP, OMP, Office, Power BI).

Solid stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage, influence, and build strong relationships with diverse partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and proactively solve potential issues ahead of impacting markets.

Excellent English communication and coordination skills (oral and written).

  Nice to have: Experience in handling complex decision-making processes within multi-market/multi-region impact and complex product value streams.

  About the department The Global Sales and Operation Execution team is a vital part of our Global Supply Chain and Planning department.

Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives the right medication at the right time.

Located at our headquarters, the team consists of 15 people dedicated professionals who work closely with Production, Planning and Commercial supply chain.

We set the direction for the organisation’s production planning and ensure seamless deliveries of our affiliates, even when things don’t go according to plan.
