Tasks As an IT administrator in facility management, you will be responsible for the independent project planning, support and demand-oriented adaptation of the IT systems used, including the independent administration of the necessary servers, PC hardware, peripherals and applications, taking data protection and data security into account on an ongoing basis.

You will be responsible for project management for complex IT projects and plans, some of which are cross-functional, and you will independently commission and bundle IT work orders and coordinate them for the Real Estate department.

In this position, you will draw up a coordinated IT business plan and keep an eye on budget compliance.

You are a coordinator for users as well as an internal and external contact person and bundle/coordinate the commissioning of IT work orders.

Requirements You have a degree in computer science with preferably in-depth training in facility management and project management.

Ideally, you have already gained specific IT work experience and experience with project management.

You are characterized by your quick comprehension, good communication skills and high reliability.

You would also describe yourself as a team player.

In addition, you have a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently and conceptually and show a willingness to continuously develop.
