The position As a Project Manager in Clinical Supplies, you will: Lead projects to optimize and digitalize processes in Clinical Supplies, making a tangible impact on our operations Negotiate project resources with line managers and manage these resources during project execution Gather input from cross-functional teams and create plans to help the team produce deliverables on schedule Assess the business case foundations and challenge assumptions In addition to managing project execution, engage in project initiation, hand-over, and process verification Track progress, address issues with team members and line managers, and report to steering groups Qualifications We realise that few people are experts at everything.

About the department Before drug is approved for market use, drug candidates are tested in clinical trials.
Clinical Supplies is responsible for delivering drugs for Novo Nordisk’s clinical trials around the world.
Our tasks range from receival of the clinical protocol to final delivery of clinical product at site, which include planning, labelling, packaging and shipping of product.
Hence, our processes include many different steps and hand overs.
The Business Development & Support team in Supply Chain Optimisation drives projects across Clinical Supplies and executes strategic initiatives.
Besides project managers, our team is composed of business analysts responsible for mid and long-term capacity planning, data analytics and business cases.
We strive to be the preferred partner in Clinical Supplies by collaborating closely with our sister IT Development team and various cross-functional stakeholders, positioning us to make significant contributions and create tangible impact.
