Role Background Wolt is embarking on an exciting journey with the launch of Wolt B2 B, a new business line dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for business customers.
Through Wolt B2 B Wholesale, companies can have goods such as ingredients and supplies delivered directly from Denmark’s large and small wholesalers, all through Wolt’s Courier Partners.
After successfully piloting in Denmark, we’re scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager for Wolt B2 B Wholesale, you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with our business partners.
You will own and manage relationships with your portfolio of B2 B customers and ensure customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will span across relationship management, data-driven consultation, and revenue growth, all while contributing to the success of Wolt’s B2 B Wholesale strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing: Portfolio Management: Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2 B customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Wolt B2 B services Performance Growth: Drive revenue growth by analysing customer’s buying behaviours through data-driven consultations and tailored solutions Relationship Building: Establish strong, collaborative relationships with partners, conducting regular satisfaction checks.
Strategic Focus: Identify high-potential partnerships and invest in their development to maximize growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver customer feedback and market needs Problem Solving: Tackle partner challenges proactively and contribute to shaping the processes and structures of Wolt’s growing B2 B business.
Cross-team support: Support your team lead in performance tracking and issue resolution of our upstream business partners Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in B2 B account management or a similar role, preferably in a high-paced environment Analytical Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone to suit a variety of audiences You’re fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.
Your main focus will be on managing a portfolio of businesses in the Danish region Organized & Detail-Oriented: A structured approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence Ambitious & Self-Driven: High ownership mindset with a desire to go beyond the obvious and achieve exceptional outcomes Passion for B2 B Solutions: Enthusiasm for working with business customers and contributing to the growth of Wolt’s B2 B offering Tools: Experience working with CRM systems or data tools is a plus Why Join Wolt B2 B Wholesale?
