About the role As a Queue-it Customer Success Manager, you will be a critical part of creating and maintaining Queue-it's solid relationships with a wide range of customers.
You'll build and develop partnerships by effectively supporting customers with their goals.
Responsibilities: Empower customer success.
Develop an understanding of the typical business issues our customers face, map Queue-it solutions to address their needs, and educate them on our software.
Ensure customers get maximum value from their investment in Queue-it.
Track customer usage data, NPS, health indicators, etc.
to identify and support growth opportunities, churn risk, downscaling, win-backs, etc.
Collaborate towards growth.
Partner with the technical engagement and sales teams to facilitate client relationships, handle deliverables, and mitigate risks.
Keep great records within our CRM, and share findings from the customer base across the organization (sales, marketing, solutions, and development) Qualifications: 2+ years of Customer Success experience (or in a similar client-facing role) Previous experience influencing and meeting company revenue goals Prior experience working for a Saa S organization within the IT industry, and/or handling government contracts preferred Great written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish not required) Native (or high professional proficiency) in Japanese (written and oral) is required We are looking for someone who is: Interested in technology and has a strategic commercial mindset Articulate and comfortable interfacing with all levels in an organization, e.g.

Queue-it is an online queue system for managing website overload during extreme user peaks. By adding Queue-it to your website, users exceeding your site capacity limits are offloaded to the queue system. The volume and pace of user inflow to your website is managed dynamically in the browser-based self-service console. As your site capacity opens up, the users who waited in line are redirected back to your site in the correct order and pace.
What is an online queue?
Imagine a physical queue situation, such as waiting in line at a pharmacy or bank. Whenever more than one customer requests service at the same time, each customer is assigned a number in line by pulling a ticket. Each customer then waits patiently until their individual turn comes up. The business is consequently able to serve everyone in the correct order and pace.
The Queue-it System
The online queue system transfers excess users to the Queue-it solution as soon as they enter the transaction overloaded website. Users are held at the Queue-it solution until they can be redirected back to the original site in volumes that can be handled without disrupting site performance.
Queue-it is a SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud computing based add-on software solution. This means that an infinite number of simultaneous users can be held at Queue-it without overloading the site.
