As part of this ambitious journey, we are seeking talented individuals to join our established Prod Ops team.
As a Global IT/OT Supporter, you will be part of a global initiative, located in three global hubs (Denmark, China, and Brazil), providing 24/7/365 "Follow the Sun" global support for production critical systems at our Novo Nordisk production sites.
Based in Ballerup, Denmark, you will provide support during normal Danish business hours.
This position is a parental leave cover and you can expect a contract for minimum 7 months.

In this role you will have the opportunity to: Act as 2nd Line support for our local site support teams Drive incident management and contribute to major incidents Conduct problem management – proactive incident handling Collect and document knowledge in ITSM Service Now tool Collaborate with local IT support teams to identify current and future needs Candidate’s profile To be the ideal candidate for this position, you have a service-oriented mindset and are committed to delivering high-quality support to stakeholders.
We imagine you also meet most of the following requirements: A technical background or comprehensive knowledge of IT/OT Experience with operations and maintenance of system solutions in a regulated industry Experience within IT support Preferred experience in manufacturing execution system (MES) PAS-X Knowledge in ITIL (Incident, Problem, and Change Management), Knowledge Management, Gx P, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is advantageous Additionally, excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
