The position As a Senior Director AI Tech Ops, you will drive activities around the comprehensive integration of AI and Data Science activities within the larger technical ecosystem at Novo Nordisk. Your responsibilities will include: • Collaborate across various data science, ML, AI, imaging, bioinformatics, real-world evidence and other research teams to build modern data-driven enterprise solutions • Interface with business partners, including IT to lead the development of cloud based AI/ML technology stack that is high available, scalable, reusable, consistent and secure for the development • Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and to build requisite solutions • Drive implementation of data science best practices within th team • Ensure a strong team collaboration within their team of Data Scientist to ensure progress in a portfolio of projects Qualifications To be a competitive candidate, you should have: • MSc degree or Ph D within computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics or any other related field • Extensive experience developing and deploying ML solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience supporting the lifecycle of machine learning application from development to production including testing and monitoring various models/algorithms/systems pre- and post- launch • Previous experience mentoring and/or building a team of engineers • Knowledge working within Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum and kanban As a person, you can set direction and thrive amid ambiguity.
You have the ability to build high performance teams and you have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
