Proven track record translating data into strategic and actionable recommendations, determining the added value and potential risks. Curiosity and willingness to learn about clinical drug development and the pharma industry. Proficient with IT- tools. Fluency in written and spoken English. About the department CDD Business Analysis is a global department of 15 dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across global CDD organisation which is responsible for the clinical research and project management of our products in development with approximately people in the headquarters function and approximately in our regions. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global trial performance, capacity and performance management is critical to us.
