Join us, apply today! The Position We are looking for a dedicated and experienced metrology lead for Novo Nordisk Pharmatech's Technical Support, Metrology & Maintenance team.
Your responsibilities will include: Driving and developing the metrology setup and Metrology Strategy.
Taking responsibility for our calibration setup.
Acting as a measurement technology expert on projects.
Supporting production, including advising process and equipment owners.
Training colleagues in metrology.
Providing input on the design and requirements for measurement equipment.
Managing procedures and instructions.
Presenting technical topics during audits and inspections.
At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, we produce critical ingredients for pharmaceutical production.
You will be employed in Technical Support, part of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, which oversees all production at the site.
Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: An engineer, technician, or marine engineer background with strong competencies in measurement technology and calibration, as well as 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of GMP and expertise in assessing, managing, and documenting calibration processes.
Experience with SAP QM, with the ability to use system data to improve measurement and calibration processes.
As a person, you are comfortable taking the lead in the metrology group and fostering collaboration across NNPR.
You have excellent skills in training colleagues and presenting ideas clearly.
About the Department Technical Support manages maintenance, calibration, utilities, and facility management at our production sites in Køge. As Metrology Responsible, you will be part of the Metrology & Maintenance team, a back-office group of process owners.
Our team includes diverse professional backgrounds, making it important that you can work independently while contributing to the team.
Helpfulness and knowledge-sharing are integral to our daily work. We develop new strategies and implement smarter ways of working.
Currently, we are implementing SAP PM/QM/MM, ensuring risk analyses are completed, and calibration rationales are prepared before components are transitioned to SAP. Additionally, our project organization is building a new factory in Køge Nord, which will be serviced and maintained by Technical Support when completed in 2027.
During the project period, we will provide input on equipment, operations, and maintenance. Technical Support consists of 41 people across four teams, comprising skilled craftsmen, technicians, engineers, and marine engineers.
