The position In Emerging Technologies we have one common goal - to timely deliver our products to patients.
The team is responsible for managing compliance, security, and data integrity on computerised equipment and other IT tasks for existing equipment.
As our IT System Manager, your primary tasks will be: Maintain documentation on the state of the equipment, primarily focusing on periodic activities, such as User Review Reports, Configuration Reports, IT Periodic System Evaluations, IT Risk Assessments Handle Deviations and Change requests and follow up actions on those Minor projects and IT Validation activities, e.g.
documentation, coordination and you are quality-minded with good ability to execute withing deadlines Manage the operation and maintenance of IT systems You will also participate in audits and inspections including finding solutions to compliance gaps identified during audits and inspections Furthermore, you will follow up on vendors and coordinate activities with primary stakeholders.
Qualifications We are looking for someone that has technical flair and preferably has GMP / GAMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) understanding.
To succeed in this role, you: Hold a degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or similar Preferably have some experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment Have keen interest to gain knowledge within IT Have a systematic and scientific approach to your work Are fluent in both English and Danish On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope.
You are a team player that enjoys a lot of social interaction.
About the department Oral Finished Products (OFP) Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support.
IT Operations team is part of Business Support team and is currently being established, so jump on board, if this journey sounds motivating.
