The position As Associate Manager for Training Partnering, you will be accountable for: Leading a team of 9 professionals and two student assistants Ensuring stability & continuous improvement in our training systems, with a special focus on shop-floor training for production operators and skilled workers Developing & implementing KPIs that secure training is done timely and effectively Contributing to the ongoing training strategy, including number & qualification of training-supporting roles both in this team and anchored within local departments Maintaining good documentation practice (GDP) in our registration of training and archiving of original Gx P-relevant documents Connecting with peers at other production sites within Aseptic & Finished Production Manufacturing to share best practices & ensure alignment Aligning with higher training organization to anticipate and communicate changes to training systems impacting our site Interpreting new requirements from higher levels of the organization & ensures the requirements are anchored within local training material (site job function coordination) Building a standardized flow & support structure for 50-75 apprentices working in our facility to ensure timely training Qualifications We are looking for candidates who can meet the following qualifications: A degree in Organizational Development, Education, Communication, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in adult training and development Experience working in a regulated industry Proven experience in implementing or managing training systems (e.g., LMS).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required About the department This role is part of Operational Excellence, together with Training Projects, c LEAN, and digitalization.
The OE department is within Business Support, enabling the full production site from aseptic to finished production.
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will help drive the success of our production site.
