As Head of Program, you’ll be at the heart of it all, steering projects and making sure we deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate biweekly meetings with the leadership team to gather feedback on project progress.

Support project leaders by ensuring they reach out to partners and meet deadlines.

Frame and guide projects, ensuring proper risk management and thinking proactively about potential risks.

Oversee project management, including task prioritization, timelines, and assigning responsibilities.

Conduct biweekly meetings with the office to provide updates, discuss setbacks, and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain meeting notes and share updates on our community platform.

Skills Required: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on both individual and group engagement.

Problem-solving abilities and experience with risk management.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.
