The Position As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will drive projects within logistics.
This could, for instance be implementing smart scanning features, circular for zero initiatives or support the implementation of SAP.
An important part of the job is within our climate storage facilities, where you will work together with our climate storage professional ensuring GMP compliance.
In the role as Supply Chain Project Manager, you are expected to identify gaps in our current logistics flow and implement changes to improve efficiency.
“Having the daily cooperation with so many different people and be able to influence and optimize logistics in such a large API factory is the exciting part of the job.
You will get an all-round job with high focus on project management while keeping in touch with daily operations such as deviation handling and problem solving” says Pernille Buchwald, former Project Manager.
The job also includes tasks such as: Processes optimization within the team and in the factory Problem solving including solving logistics challenges for one of the largest API plants in the world Project management on logistics and production You take an active part in aligning with the rest of the supply chain team on storage capacities, deviation handling and optimization projects.
In addition, you have a close collaboration with our project management organization for sparring and support.
We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to your experience.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold an academic degree within engineering, business administration or other relevant project management/supply chain education Have some experience running projects within production facilities Have some experience or understanding within GMP and pharmaceutical production processes Are fluent in both verbal and written English Furthermore you have some knowledge about technology trends within storage facilities and have interest in digitalization and automation of storage processes.
Technical insight and flair for IT-systems comes naturally to you.

About the Department You will join API M1 Business support, which is the support function for the API production plant Manufacturing 1 located in Kalundborg.
The department has roughly 50 employees.
You will be anchored in the Supply Chain & Finance team within Business support.
The team has 20 employees and spans across finance, warehousing, planning, release of product, procurement, logistic projects, and storage.
