Let’s talk about the role You will work in the SAP Expansion & NextGen Warehouse Program collaborating with colleagues that are also delivering on business-critical areas such as API capacity expansion, Fill & Finish expansion, existing facilities, and other projects. You will ensure we can deliver the needed solutions and ramp up timely to support the NextGen PAS-X version where we are replacing the current PAS-X/MES solution with SAP EWM. expansion footprint in Fill & Finish is critical and you will play a vital role in this. You will work closely together with other Delivery Leads, Core Product Manager, Architects, and others in the program. Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas: Take overall responsibility for delivery in area of scope and contribute to end-to-end area strategically as well as operationally. Handle timely escalation of changes to roadmap if needed and be a budget responsible for your track in the area Overview of overall project landscape incl. project cost spends, documentation go-lives, risks, delays, and people Stakeholder management and building strong partnership with the PAS-X/MES Program, production sites, and other relevant parties Guarantee smooth business operations of the area, onboarding new teams, and delivering projects within deadlines as well as assure new teams and team members are requested timely Ensure 0 variance on finances and backfill for your track along with handle the outlook of resource ramp up need overall in the program Qualifications We expect you to have: Master's degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area At least 7+ years of experience in delivering large projects Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time Strong leadership skills Savvy in understanding financial data and in running budgeting processes for mid-sized projects Solid understanding of IT rollouts to production sites About the department The team waiting for you is a diverse group with different nationalities, experience, and a very dedicated and fun to work with. The program has currently 36 team members as part of the central team including a few externals. DD&IT PS Supply Chain Produce & Deliver is anchored within the DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing IT solutions to support Novo Nordisk’s production as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
