The position will entail managing a high-performing team consisting of 12 employees who are among the most knowledgeable procurement experts and for delivering best-in-class procurement applications on a global scale. In the job, you are expected to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels and be responsible for: Defining strategies that bridging business needs with IT solutions in close dialogue with senior management Driving large global programmes with a continuous focus on developing procurement processes through best-in-class IT solutions Developing employees and the team based on a winning culture We offer an opportunity to develop a career in a successful and global company. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role we expect you to have: Master's Degree in economics, business administration, supply change management, IT administration, or alike with excellent results 4 years of Experience driving large, global optimisation projects Solid experience from working with procurement, finance, strategy, project management, and/or business development in a leading, global organisation or as a management consultant from a top tier consultancy People leadership experience and experience in managing and developing applications to support processes are advantageous On a personal level, you are motivated by driving changes and innovative projects involving many stakeholders at all organisational levels. You like to set high ambitions for yourself and your team and have the ability to motivate and inspire others. Furthermore, you come with a high level of drive, initiative, and persistence, and are analytical and result-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. About the department Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of app. 35 billion DKK and for defining and driving the global procurement strategy.
