Your New Role As our Drug Product Specialist in Biologics Production, you will: Lead the Way: Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Commercial Drug Product.
Oversee Excellence: Ensure oversight of Drug Product manufacturing processes at our global CMOs.
Drive Innovation: Support regulatory filings and interactions with Health Authorities.
Optimize Processes: Enhance the overall Drug Product Manufacturing setup with CMOs.
Strategize for Success: Contribute to strategy and business cases for our Drug Product pipeline and commercial manufacturing.
You will take ownership of commercial Drug Product manufacturing from development to the end of the lifecycle, supporting a growing business within Lundbeck Biologics.

Your future team Join CMC Biologics Production, part of a skilled team of over 115 colleagues split between our headquarters in Copenhagen and our Center of Excellence (Co E) in Seattle, US.
You'll work at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen, reporting to the Senior Director for Biologics Production.
Our team of 5 experts is responsible for the commercial manufacturing of Drug Substance and Drug Product in a global network of CMOs.
We collaborate closely with CMC Development and Corporate Quality Biologics QA/QC to ensure seamless production and product release.
At Lundbeck, we are committed to developing innovative treatments for brain diseases like Migraine, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s.
Our focus teams and working groups drive the continued development of our Biologics candidates to successful market launch.
You'll work together with representatives from R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Supply chain and finance.
Expect 2-4 business travels a year to CMO partners in Europe, and the United States, with a flexible workday to balance meetings and travel.
What you bring to the team You hold a Master of Science or Ph D in pharmacy, chemistry, biological science or equal.
In addition, you bring 3+ years of experience working with Drug Product manufacturing.
Furthermore, you have some of the following skills or interested in obtaining the skills: Knowledge within Sterile Fill-Finish manufacturing including processes and equipment.
Experience with formulation and protein stability.
Knowledge of c GMP requirements, regulations, and guideline You are a team player with a positive attitude.
You are Self-motivated and ready to contribute to new tasks, where you have little or no experience.
