The Position As an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will be responsible for that the production environment is ready for production and meet the regulatory requirements in many classified clean rooms across our facility.
This entails the responsibility of measuring the environmental conditions inside the rooms, changes to the classified areas, clothing and gowning, cleaning and disinfection as well as the physical parameters such as temperature, humidity and differential pressure to be in control and comply with the current requirements. The team has many interfaces towards the production and is constantly given new and exciting challenges which are handled in close cooperation with the project team, operators and project managers. The main tasks will be to: • Handle, trend and report environmental monitoring data and results from microbiological growth and non-viable particle counting.
• Ensure preparation and completion of various qualification tasks, build, optimize and implement changes to the monitoring program.
• Work with periodic environmental monitoring (EM) systems reviews, deviation handling, change requests as well as updates to risk assessments and procedures and creating protocols to support future improvement projects, when the project transfers from project to operations.
• Provide support within environmental monitoring in general and conduct data clarifications and root cause analysis.
• Enhance and standardise the system compliance in regard to documentation and improve the analytical approach with data based investigations.
Qualifications The qualifications we value include: • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural science, engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience with clean room / environmental monitoring.
• Understanding of requirements for working with classified room areas, HVAC systems, while GMP and microbiology knowledge is a plus.
• Expertise in writing documents in Danish, as you will prepare various documents related to quality activities.
On a personal level, you are structured, self-starting and capable of finalizing tasks with a high level of quality mindset.
The skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently define necessary arrangements and set direction with the right level of GMP focus are key to success in this role.
About the department We are currently building a new factory and our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from project phase to production.
