Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position As API Editor, your main responsibility will be to support our Process Groups in creating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality documentation within their respective areas.
You, together with the training consultants in API, will provide support to multiple process groups, helping them standardize, simplify, and optimize their current documentation and training set up.
You will also be supporting on cases where aligning documentation to the highest level in the production is needed.
Additionally, you will assist in the development of new documentation.
You will also take part in training employees at our Training Academy for new employees.
In this role, you can expect to: • Work closely together with the Training Consultants in the team in ensuring the best support and guidance to the process groups on their content and training • Support Process Groups (PG) with updating documents and metadata, and in general on the use of Quality Docs for updating content • Review and edit documents and training content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards • Teach the Content Responsible in Content Control process at the Training Academy • Act as the chair of the Editor network in API, working on standardizing and optimizing editors' work across PS API Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: • Experience working with documentation in a GMP-regulated environment as well as experience with, or interest in training and facilitation • Excellent proofreading and editing skills • Great problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement • Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish About the department The API Training and Academy team, of which you will be a part, collaborates across different production departments to provide training consultancy and onboarding support.
