We also look for: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry You speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English Good knowledge of the social, cultural and culinary scene of Copenhagen Strong written and verbal communication skill You identify with the following Courage, energy and enthusiasm Young at heart Casual and understated - yet mannered and stylish Individual and natural - yet a team player The environment is your bestie Service minded and alert with “can do” attitude’ Key Responsibilities As a Concierge you will work closely with our Guest Relation Department and Front of House, and be part of all aspects of the guest journey, from booking to departure - from booker to promoter.
Forging and maintaining relations with restaurants and experience providers in Copenhagen as well as genuinely recommending these to our guests are main responsibilities of this role.
Your love for Copenhagen and curiosity for creating unforgettable guest experiences comes to play when planning and facilitating our guests’ stay. In addition you will have the following responsibilities: Being the one point of contact for our VIPs and guests to create a tailored guest experience during their stay Being present and available for guests to enquire about Copenhagen in the lobby Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through Resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as what restaurants to recommend to guests Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values Following up with guests about their experiences - looking for continuous improvement and accuracy in recommendations What we can offer Pension Insurance 4 free hotel night stays per year within the Strawberry chain, as well as other benefits Our special Villa culture, made up of some of the most passionate people in the business A chance to work in one of the most beautiful hotel properties in the Nordics Are we the perfect match?
