Business Partner, Corporate Product Quality Operations Are you ready to take a new and exciting role within Quality Assurance in an international pharmaceutical company and to supply medicines to patients around the world? We are currently looking for an ambitious and flexible professional for the position of Business Partner. Your future team As Business Partner you will work closely and report to Mathilde Lester Skals, Senior Director of Corporate Product Quality Operations (CPQO), Qualified Person and be a part of an organization with the overall QA responsibility for the daily operations of our internal and external manufacturing.
CPQO consist of 4 departments, 2 working with internal production and 2 working with external production with a total of 30 employees.
CPQO is a unit that reports to Corporate Product Quality (CPQ).
CPQ is the overall Commercial Quality Organization in Lundbeck with around 180 employees. Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where your daily tasks will be both complex and rewarding.
We value the person behind the role and are focused on supporting your professional growth in a collaborative environment. You will be part of the CPQO leadership team and be involved in projects as well as supporting the daily operations.
You will therefore collaborate with many stakeholders across the organization and get insight into several aspects of the quality handling of our internal and external manufacturing. As Business Partner your key responsibilities will be: Support the Senior Director and the CPQO leadership team in various tasks like PQR, deviations, complaints, quality and regulatory defects, preparations of statements and communication with stakeholders.
Participate and execute on projects.
Prepare and follow up on budget for the department.
Prepare presentations and coordinate performance reporting.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and workshops. What you bring to the team Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: You have a relevant academic background (e.g.
pharmaceutical science, engineering or other life science).
You have experience from relevant (student) jobs.
You thrive in communicating with many different people and can build relations across the various functions of the organization.
You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.
You show good planning skills and manages conflicting demands to meet deadlines. In addition to this, we expect you to be fluent in Danish and English.
