The position In this role, you will be involved in developing the strategy for our global Production network spanning across South America, North America, Europe, and Asia in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) and driving optimization projects to improve our network productivity and resilience in close collaboration with senior colleagues and stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor for IFP within production network initiatives that require specialised knowledge and experience where complexity is high and strong stakeholder management is required across CVP and SVP areas. Your main responsibilities will be to: Manage complex production network initiatives and develop network configuration strategies Drive both small and large strategic production network projects from initial idea to implementation and handover Drive key initiatives within product transfer, validation, and upscaling across IFP and Supply Chain Drive strategic analyses of key business opportunities and challenges, and present your recommendations to senior stakeholders Utilize your strong stakeholder management and systematic problem-solving skills to approach managers on all levels in the organisation and discuss strategic opportunities We offer you a position where you will have a direct and visible impact on some of the most strategic decisions made in our production organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: An academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or another relevant field. Several years of experience with production processes, and good knowledge of production network optimization strategies and capacity planning principles. Proven experience with business process optimization and project management Solid experience in working with strategic decisions in a complex, global organisation Fluency in English, written and verbal. Professionally, you are motivated by identifying business opportunities, and with your problem-solving mindset, you are able to create the best-in-class solutions and challenge status quo. You can confidently set directions, and constructively challenge your stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. With a structured approach and sharp attention to detail, you thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks with ease. You build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex matters clearly and assertively, particularly with senior and executive stakeholders. About the department IFP Business Development is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing department consisting of around 60 people from approx. 15 countries. You will get an opportunity to join a diverse and high-performing team of 13 colleagues with different levels of seniority and business experience. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global Injectable Finished Products organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterized by innovation, openness and highly engaged colleagues who works dedicated to help us change lives for the better for patients around the world.
