We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Transformation Director to oversee our digital platforms, e Commerce, POS systems, CRM, and digital services.

This role will ensure alignment between IT roadmaps and strategic business plans.

Additionally, this individual will lead a team of 5-7 delivery managers, agile coaches, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of IT and technology initiatives.

What you will do Co-develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.

Lead digital transformation initiatives focusing on commercial systems, including digital platforms, e Commerce, POS systems, CRM, and digital services.

Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation actions as necessary.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a clear and actionable roadmap for digital initiatives.

Promote strong collaboration between IT and business units to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital projects.

Drive communication to engage leaders and team members through meetings, workshops, and support for various projects during critical phases.

Implement change management initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.

Manage the budget effectively, ensuring proper resource planning, vendor selection, and contract management.

Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse digital team of 5-7 colleagues.

Experience Minimum 8 year of experience in Digital Transformation projects and projects as a Consultant, Analyst or Architect Broad knowledge of relevant technologies and implications in the delivery of IT solutions (e-commerce, web, ERP) to deliver impactful solutions to meet business requirements Delivering shared objectives in a matrix organization and global environment, including internal teams and external vendors/ partners Solid experience in program/Project management, planning and organization skills and ability to mentor, coach a, guide and manage people Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Kanban or other similar project management frameworks Personal competencies Ability to drive positive communication to engage leaders and team members.

This includes the coaching and facilitating meetings and workshops An ability to execute tasks and deliver presentations in a high-pressure environment Solid people skills, and ability to build and engage a Digital team and nurture relationships with the Group, the Regions and across the retail markets Drive, determination and high standards.
